Retroarch PC how do i save settings once changed

Hello All,

I have a windows based PC and am using Retroarch.
I made a few changes to the settings including resolution.
How do i save these settings so next time i reset the PC the settings are saved?

It should save automatically when you quit.

You can also go to main menu > configuration file > save current configuration

I chnage the screen resolution and each time i exit it goes back to the old setting

You didn't say what core or what resolution?

Internal resolution is a core option. Try to change it then do quick menu > close content and restart the game. If that still doesn't work you can also try save core option go to options > overrides and choose save core overrides.

If I were you, I would use Duckstation standalone instead. You can put it to a higher resolution than any other PS1 emulator.
