RetroArch melonds rotation problem

Hi, i have a problem: i edited my melonDS settings to rotate the screen of 90° but the touch is really bugged and wont scale like the rotation, is there any setting to change to fix it?
 
It's not a fix for your question, but I think I've read in the past that the way RA handles rotation, it's not an easy fix. Each core has to be programed to fix it. This was a long time ago, maybe theres an easy fix now.

But while your waiting for someone that might know, I suggest trying the standalone MelonDs. It's fullspeed with no OC required, appart from a few 3D games.
