Homebrew Retroarch gbsp core Flickering Line

I've been playing some GBA games on Retroarch using the gbsp core, and a good amount of the time, I get a small flickering line across the top of the screen.

The games run fine, it's just that the little flickering line can be a bit annoying

Anything I can do to get rid of it?

Also, apologies for the multiple copied posts made. That was on accident. My computer had a bit of a loading issue and I wasn't sure if it actually posted.

Here's a picture of it. It's barely visible here (Just above the word "Items") but it keeps flickering.

Setting frame delay to at least 1 (think its in latency options) will get rid of the line.
