How do you retail resign a Nintendo Switch NSP?

You are still going to get banned online if you resign ROM dumps from another game with the same certificates, that is, if you're using a MIG Switch or its plethora of clones. Otherwise, better off installing a modchip or do RCM if your Switch is a V1 to install unsigned NSPs, and by all means make sure it is ALWAYS offline for your EmuNAND.

This is for Ridge Racer a DEV build. However I was able to get a Ryujinx build that will allow the DEV signed build to work. Also love the pfp.
