Hacking ret=-1010 when trying to install 4.1

well i tried to install 4.1 on my wii using wanikoko's installer

when it was installing my the system menu it gave an error ret=-1010

luckily for me i had preloader installed from before, so i can still launch the homebrew channel

is there any way i can fix this? should i try installing again?

Id stay away from 4.1 for the moment. If u want you could download the wii 4.0 menu wad and install that via wad manager

Just go to Wiibrew and get NUS downloader.

I prefer installing the wad intstead of that nun downloader. More safer

USe NUS downloader(on the computer) to get the WAD THEN use wad manager to install it.
Besides, nothing better than getting it from the official Nintendo server right?

yes but the wad from nun downloader isnt protected from wii updates
