Homebrew Restoring save files from nand file

Hi, my o3ds was stolen like ayer ago, back then i've made a nand copy, and all the safe copies when you are installing the hombrew and stuff, now i have a n3ds and i'd like to restore my save data to the new console, i've already asked nintendo to release the nintendo id and it is linked to my n3ds, is there any way to do something or definitely i've lost my saves, thanks

Well now that Nintendo has added your data onto your New 3DS, all you need now is to restore the files that your old 3DS was using. Just the Nintendo 3DS folder.
You did mention having a backup of your files of your old 3DS SD card.

Hi, thanks for answer, that was the first thing i've done, when i did that the data apparently corrupts and the n3ds erase it, i have copied the Nintendo 3DS folder to the root, copied the files inside the folder, i've tried almost everything and don't work, always says, the data is corrupt please format.

the per-device encryption is wrong. when you system transfer this is carried over but because you simply logged in with your NNID this is not the same. I'm not sure what you would have to do. you can NOT restore your nand backup to a different 3ds (unless theres been new development on this). if you have your movable.sed it might be possible to edit in your old movable keys so you can use most of your SD files again.

Hi, thanks for answer, i only have my old nand backup and the backup of the old sd files, i don't know if i can find the movable.sed in there, or if i can create it from there, if not, i think i'd have to star over again.

Call up Nintendo and say,
"I recently had my NNID removed from a stolen system (Incident #XXXXXX-XXXXXX). I have applied thsi NNID to my new system. However, I would now like you to perform a system transfer from the stolen system (Serial #CWXXXXXXXXX) to my new system (Serial #QWXXXXXXXXX)."
They should accept your proposition (as they have from I in a similar situation), and send you an email in about a week with the subject "data transfer".

• Incident #: Check your email.
• Stolen Serial #: You should be able to ask Nintendo, as long as you have the Incident #. If not, using https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-nand-secureinfo-tool-for-region-change.383792/ may help.

i talked with them, they said it is imposible to do the transfer, that i've lost my save games if i dont have the proper backup, any other idea?
