Restoring Nand Backup w/O Boot 0+1

Hey guys,

so several years ago I bought a switch on release day and put it into my sheld until cfw came out. I than proceeded to use atmosphere. The cfw guide at that time didn't list any other backups than the rawnandbackup itself (no backups for boot0+1). My question is: can I load my old rawnandbackup onto my switch and can safely play online? The current guides say u should restore the boot0+1 backups first, which I don't have.

Without a clean eMMC backup to restore, you risk a ban if you go online.
