Anyone who read my other thread will know I've been trying to fix the 162-0002 error on my Wii U, I've now pretty much given up until hopefully an on disc update can fix it but now I have a new problem
In trying to fix the 162-0002, I backed up all my game saves and VC titles to usb and then performed a full system restore on the Wii U. Didn't fix the error, but once worth a shot I thought. However now I'm trying to copy my save files back from the USB, and the Wii U won't read the USB stick. It recognises something as plugged in as it gives me the warning if I remove the stick while in Data Management, but it won't let me select the usb slot to copy the data back
Reading up apparently save data even when backed to usb is locked to the console, could the system restore have affected this?
