Hacking Restore emuNand with gm9

Does somebody know how to restore emuNand with GM9 (latest version)? There is a script in GM9 to backup emuNand to a file. It use this command "cp E:/nand_minsize.bin <file>". But the question is how to restore a file to emuNand?
