Hacking Restore AceKard 2i

I have this card and used it to hack a 2ds 11.5, with ntrboot. Now i want to re flash it back to it's original state but it just keeps saying "Chunks Written.." the % keep looping and numbers keep counting. I been following the 3dshacking guide site and at the part where it says "
Section V (i) - Removing ntrboot."

Mine went 88 rounds before it concluded reflashing!

Also, be sure to reapply the kernel update patch http://down.r4town.com/ak2ifw_update_3ds43_dsi144.zip
