Hacking Resetting Wii back to default IOS?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there was a way to reset all my IOS to their defaults and remove any unwanted IOS/cIOS?

I was trying to get Metroid: Other M to run a few times and it never worked. It got to the title screen and right after it would just stay on a black screen. I've installed a lot of IOS/cIOS and I want to set them back to their originals because I don't want to mess them up.

I do have brick protection and a mochip (Wiinja Deluxe: which is open source now). I'm also looking for ways just to completely remove all softmods and customs IOS. Is there way to do that? Btw I did read the guides, and haven't really found out much about it yet.

install all the IOS's from up42x.zip in this guide. Run ATD and remove IOS249/250/222/223/224.
