@muskieratboi Hasn't stopped anyone from making individual requests before. And that's kind of the point of asking for homebrew when something official exists but is gimped on the 3DS.
In this case, the much more likely thing to ask for (that might actually happen) is a translation patch for the Japanese version of ZEXAL World Duel Carnival JP.
..Honestly, I'd like that myself!
