ROM Hack Request xorpads from ncchinfo.bin file

Probably we can make xorpad with a ncchinfo.bin (this instruction--->https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-...verter.384559/ or this--->3DSTOWN.NET: CIA Converter-CIAKonPack Support CIA gaming on New & Old 3DS Console Version 4.0-9.2 now!) but ı cant make xorpad because my firmware is 9.9. Could you make a xorpad with using this ncchinfo.bin (https://yadi.sk/d/SLblnEj1krwHa) for me?

You can aswell start packing your stuff, cause someday we'll leave earth for another planet, you want to be ready for that!
the change is higher that real space travelling for everyone comes out before a 9.9 blue Moon with cia support hits the earth!

I dont know what the heck a blue moon card is, I have rxTools and I dont need a flashcard or such kinda things

Btw here are your xorpads (And it are alot of xorpads. What for ncchinfo.bin did you give me? Normally I only have 1 xorpad and this ncchinfo.bin gave me 87!!! Thats why it took so fking long)

Some hidden people developing a card (this card can cfw 9.3-10.3, emunand....) named blue moon and I helped them . They will release this card these days (I hope).
