Numpty Physics is an open source physics game, similar to Pocket Physics for the DS and Crayon Physics. Numpty Physics has been ported to the PSP and PSVita, so a 3DS port should be feasible.

I am willing to pay for anyone who ports this. US dollars paypal name your price.
