Homebrew [Request][Willing2Pay] Numpty Physics 3DS port? (Source Code and Good Explanation)

Numpty Physics is an open source physics game, similar to Pocket Physics for the DS and Crayon Physics. Numpty Physics has been ported to the PSP and PSVita, so a 3DS port should be feasible.
