It would be great if someone with the right expertise could look into world editing for the 3DS version of Terraria. I'd love to have a program like TEdit that's console-specific, and I'm sure countless others would as well.

Maybe someone could create a program like TEdit? Or a rom hack could be made that allows special editing in-game?
