ROM Hack [Request] Teleport cheat PKMN ORAS?

This might sound kinda dumb for a request, but is there any possible way somebody can make a cheat plugin specifically for the US version of PKMN Omega Ruby that can teleport you to a different location in game. Or can someone tell me how to find my players location in Hex so I can edit it myself.

I was using the Walk Through Walls cheat in the Team Magma base outside Lilycove and managed to get myself stuck by walking through one of the Magma Grunt's standing next to a bed and my avatar decided to sit down on the bed directly in front of the Grunt and now I am unable to get off the bed. Walking back through the Grunt doesn't work because even with walk through walls active it registers that spot as one you are unable to stand up in (because something is in the way), I tried Escape roping out and it wont work, cant use fly in a cave, you cant dig or use teleport while sitting (same with flying). I would just reload my save but like the already obvious idiot I am I had saved after I sat down cause I felt like i needed to at that very moment and didn't realize I was stuck at the time. Plus I really do not want to start this save over again
