ROM Hack [REQUEST] Sonic Colors 60FPS Mod

Hi, I was wondering if any of the talented modders in the forum has worked on a 60FPS mod for Sonic Colors, and is willing to share? I mean, a patch version. I've tried the cheat on numerous occasions but I just can't make it work. I follow the instructions, I save a TXT file for each possible build, folder names are OK, but EdiZon just doesn't detect any cheats.
