ROM Hack [REQUEST] Jackbox Party Pack 5 save

Apparently if you played this game before a console ban you can carry on playing it, Not sure how it works but surely it can if YouTube still works on banned consoles, just wondering if someone who has played it can upload a save so I can check to see if it will work on my banned console or not.
