ROM Hack [Request] Epic Mickey POI Files

Apparently my 3DS is past the firmware it needs to be in order to decrypt the rom. Bah.

Would there be any chance that someone could give me the extracted files please? I just want to poke around them to see if there's any mention of unused worlds *cough*Wonderland*cough* and all that.

Apparently I can't ask for those, so is there any other way to decrypt a rom?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but decrypted (and encrypted) roms are copyrighted material and can't be distributed on GBATemp.

Woops! In that case, does anyone know a workaround for having an updated firmware?
