ROM Hack [request] E.X.troopers How do I extract *.arc files?

I try to unpack *.arc-file with ARCtool

and I use 'pc-re5-extract.bat'

but when i repack the file and try to play game, The dialogue is not output

maybe, It happen I did not use the correct tools

attach a file using *.arc and ARCtool

ARCtool doesn't support repacking MT Mobile framework arcs. They use padding after the file count and a different format version.
You can manually fix this by changing value at 0x04 to 0x10, then insert four null bytes at 0x08 and remove four bytes at 0x8000. Or find/write a script that supports this game.
