Hacking [Request] Compiled version of region four OOT

manage to update to 9.0 any idea where to put the payload.bin? root of the sdcard?

cause for me upon execution of the OOT3dhax the top screen flashes then an error has occurred

but i saw on the regionfour git that it works on on firmware versions 9.0 through 9.8 and region is not relevant for the payload
