Homebrew [request] comic book/manga reader for homebrew

This would be a fairly straightforward but fun Lua project, I may take a crack at a fancy image viewer that could easily be used to view comics.

This is actually something I've been wanting for a while. Something I would recommend would be the ability to load up .CBR's and .CBZ's as well as .rar's and .zip's seeing as those are the archives you're likely to come across.
 
Also, what's the pattern for your file names?
Is it just
1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, ...?
Do you need a pattern, couldn't you just sort the pages by ascii value ?.
Most comics/manga end their pages with 01 or 001 in png or jpg format, but before that anything goes.
 
I actually started working on this today. I worked on it for hours after school.
And, it's going pretty nicely. All that's left is a file chooser, and saving options. And a pause menu for when you're reading.

Expect it to be done on Friday if all goes smoothly.

Also, what's the pattern for your file names?

Great! I was going to do this, but I also have plans for something else, but now I can skip this project. :lol:
