So I Need to run 2 times the sames cia so, but I´m confused with Asia81´s guide so could maybe anyone, compile a small tool to Change the UniqueID of a CIA? I would really appreciate that

If you have the elf or source code, you can edit the rsf file.
Why do you need to run a cia twice though
IIRC I don't think you can just change it in the CIA file because of encryption and shit, you have to decompile, edit the ID, and recompile. There are enough tools & scripts around to help with the decompile & recompile steps.

I hate hex editing, I have nobclue on this thats the same guide as Asia81's I have mentioned that in the original post

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
