There isn't a save editor as far as I know, there is only the villager editor. For gold you will have to learn how to hex edit your save

Damn, it’s been two years already and it hasn’t been developed!

Is there any guide to hex it? I’ve tried to do it with bravely default, but I failed at doing it and I crashed the game.

Your best bet is to follow this guide on hex editing, it isnt too hard, for costumes you can use Asia81 version of the game if you want them, basically, they are the Japanese exclusive costumes.
