Homebrew [Request] Bare Mineral Template

I'm looking for a bare mineral template that I can build off of. I downloaded the template from the link below, but I have been told it is out of date. I just need something I can build off of for the Atari 2600 source I have.

Both would be nice. I found the example folder in ctrulib; I think I'll be fine. Actually, give them to me, anyway.

Since the last post was over a year ago, I'm sure he found a solution by now, but even if he didn't, there's also https://github.com/thedax/3DSHomebrewTemplate. I need to update makerom for Linux and Windows though, which I will probably do today.

The main ctrulib example repo is https://github.com/devkitPro/3ds-examples

Some require you to manually install the latest ctrulib commit (after installing devkitARM), but afaik that only includes a few of them, like the http and system font examples.
