Hacking Removing traces of Twilight Hack

I've used twilight hack on my wii to install custom virtual console games. If i use wad unistaller to uninstall all non-legit VC wads and replace the Twilight Hack save with my original Zelda TP save will all traces of the twilight hack be gone or is there more to do?
(note: I've never installed or used the homebrew channel)
