I Just Don't Know What To Do.

My little sister has dropped her brand new Legend of Zelda N3DS system on the concrete which only cracked/broke the bottom LCD.

(Touch Screen still works but the screen is REALLY hard to make and image off of.)

I was not too worried because I instantly remembered the warranty on it but then I noticed that I had installed Gateway3DS and plus I downgraded the system which has the home-brew channel on it.

So what I need to know is how do I wipe the handheld clean so that there is no evidence that the handheld was modified so I can use my warranty.

All you have to do is open system settings and format your sysnand with your sd card in. Bam, no evidence you ever messed with it (updating to 10.7 is also advisable).

EDIT: Backup your sd card as emunand so when it comes back you can restore all of your games as well.
