Homebrew Removing Flipnote 3DS

Hello and I'm a new user with a question.
So I decided to delete cfw manually (like an idiot) and the flipnote is still there in the ds wifi connection.
Is there anyway to delete it without installing cfw?

Nope just reinstall it (B9S), delete it(Flipnote), do the safety test, and (if your in the clear) delete it if you don't want it.

Or maybe you can follow the steps they give when you finish cleaning up the thing without having cfw
