ROM Hack Remove the movie from Tekken 3D

I know its not possible to really remove the movie but i once had a .cia where it was switched with a 5 second short. Its no longer available so i wanted to do it myself but i dont know how. How can i do this?

Assuming the video is in a "standard" format (like Moflex) you can encode a Moflex yourself with Nintendo's official converter (warioworld.com or other less legal sources, Windows 64bit only, questionable stability, a bit hard to use) then replace it using standard romhacking techniques

Well since im really really noob when it comes to everything to do with hacking, what are the standard romhacking techniques? what tools will i need to use? is there anyway you could do small simple guide just to help a bit? either way thank you so much for the answer Ryccardo
