Homebrew Remove NNID Without Reformat

So I bought a N3DS already with A9LH and I want to change the NNID with out reformatting. I know its possible to just delete it but would that remove the games I DL'd from CIAngel? Also if I went about using the Decrypt9 method would that remove the games as well?

Long story short I don't want my NNID to be 'bob' and ultimately don't want to sit around and re-download games all day.

It shouldn't remove anything but the id, that is all you are removing. Just note that all the games you downloaded on that nnid from the official eshop will be hidden (but still there). You can just delete them in fbi. No cia games should be gone.
