Hacking Remove a ticket manually...

I have some bad tickets on my Wii (like Kikekakik rules...) and I would like to know if it was possible to delete them manually.
I know exactly where they are (TICKET/00010001/xxxxxxxx.tik), so it should be easy to delete them, no...?
Is there an app for doing this ?
