Hacking Remote Play

OK so what's the deal with PS4 remote play currently? I got my Vita recently and as far as I can tell it's completely blocked?

I've tried the registry hack, my account details were input at setup and I've tried Vita Update Blocker. It still asks to update every time I try and use it.

Is it a feature I won't experience unless I update??

There is a guide here that supposed to allow remote play, i assume you refuse to update for 3.60 henkaku access? It supposed to resolve the issue with a work around, since henkaku has lost PSN access few months ago. Either use that guide or wait for henkaku to get updated or update your system.
