For context, I had an old HP laptop that would connect to remote play on my Series X console at my office. My old iPad also used to connect at my office (until they discontinued the app). However, since upgrading to an HP 255 G10 laptop with windows 11, neither remote play for the app nor through a browser (Edge and Chrome) works at my office. It will connect at home without issue on my laptop and ipad but outside of the home network, it does not work. I will get the xbox logo starting up and it will stall at a black screen, only to kick me back to the console select screen. It used to deliver a message "disconnected from cloud gaming session" when on the app, but now there is no error message. I know it turns on my console as I tried it before leaving my office today and when I got home my console was on.
I disabled my remote play and reset it for the Series X, laptop, and ipad with no luck. i checked my firewall and all xbox related applications are allowed through. Hell, I even tried with the same controller at the office as I use on my Xbox at home and it still does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
