Here's a method through both hardware and software that you can play all gaming consoles that support HDMI and USB interfaces. Anything around the Xbox/PS2 era and newer basically, on your PC, Android or iOS devices!

NOTE: The HDMI/USB KVM Switch is only necessary if you want to remote play multiple gaming consoles. If you just want this for the OG Xbox or PS3, etc. then it's not required.

Here's the KVM Switch I purchased - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T1PZ61C/

The GIMX cable is required for OG Xbox gameplay - https://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=DIY_USB_adapter_for_dummies along with an adapter for the controller port - https://www.amazon.com/Mcbazel-Xbox-Converter-Adapter-Original-Console/dp/B076HHZ41Z

The Titan Two is needed for Switch, PS3, Wii U, etc. controller conversion. - https://www.amazon.com/Programmable-Remapping-Crossover-Converter-PlayStation-4/dp/B07SXBW6XC/

The PC needs to be on Windows 10.

You run the Elgato Game Capture software to view the HDMI input and run either GIMX Launcher software for OG Xbox controls or GTuner IV software for all other console controller conversions.

You can use Moonlight for your remote play needs on iOS and FireOS devices, and Parsec for Android if you want. Both are great options. However, Moonlight can give you a controller touch overlay if you don't have a game controller synced with your mobile device.

Cool stuff.
I think I can wait a few years for the emulators to get better tho.
