I dont imported the classic tetris music in github, because the music rights. But everybody can import the music with:
Download classic tetris music
Convert it via audacity as a mono 16bit PCM Raw as "select_raw.bin"
and compile it. There is the music already coded

There are a few songs that count as "classic tetris music", most of them are Russian folk songs more than a century old so the only rights issues would be those of the performance in question.

Korobeiniki is the one most people would probably associate with Tetris. Kalinka is another that sounds a bit similar to some at points and was seen in a few versions. You should at least be able to find some kind of midi that is licensed such that you can use it.

Ah yees, Korobeiniki or Kalinka is the one on my mind, I get them confused sometimes. I may try finding it on YT and post link to YT if that won't be issue/copyright/stuff problematic.
As for music itself, true I forgot there may still be some copyrights over it. Some long time passed since creation yes, but with products like D&D where mechanics older than newest is "free to use" while "world" is WotC property I won't be surprised by anything probably...
First of all we would have to find out which country's law would be in question to check for that music (Russian probably?). Linux Fedora is plain example of law problems (codecs, in USA some codecs are not so free but in other countries that law is not valid &c. &c. &c. ).

If someone send me link to a Tetris song that i can use, i will import it.

Can someone send or make me a clean .bcwac file. I need it to make a cia

There are users who can compose music and provide resources for homebrew.
I didn't keep the links, sorry.

Maybe ask in the main homebrew dev thread. someone might remember who it was.
