Here's an old 3ds version it has the menu images removed but other then that its the same. I did this because it was crashing.

1. NEVER doubt the 3DS Hacking scene. They can do what people call the "impossible"
2. Maybe you can remove that "thick skulls" part? Thats a bit too mean to a noob...

Also, I can't find the option to enable the plugin. I know a menu should be appearing at the end, but it doesn't show. I'm using a Old3DS and USA SMM.

And yes, I copied the folders. However, its called "SMM_cheats.plg". Should I rename it to "cheats.plg"?

no one thought cell 9 would work on ntr again but he relised he discotinued it just because other users were pestering him which is a

Its a cheat causing it turn off the cheats before using the rocket mines not freezing

i found a glitch, if you use coordinates modifier and go to the flag pole and let mario enter in the castle, use the code to get mario outside the castle and make the castle and flag pole get out of the screen, when you return to editor mode the game will freeze

it changes which item you use when you're on course editor mode. It's not useful if you're not a level designer I guess

It just continues to limit the items. Sometimes it still does crash while still limiting the items though.

So i've seen a lot of talk, says for old 3ds users t oboot with extended memory, aka ntr mode3, but.. My mode3.. doesn't work? Or something.. it boots up, after searching for an update.. it just says Press b to cancel.. I've also tried several different files here for o3ds users.. and i never get a green flash with the normal ntr.. I'm on 11.3 with a Fre-eshop SMM.
