Oh,the black-screen 3DS is the one with 9.5.0.23 emunand,
Then I changed a 3DS with 9.2.0.21 emunand, it worked.

Mhhh sounds like an emuNand issue. I'm on 9.4 with my emuNand.

Rinnegatamante: have you tested the .3dsx version on a N3DS ?

I have no N3DS to test it but video test you done for me are using the same executable... (Without luaSocket module and with index.lua instead of sun_index.lua).

oh ok.... it should work for sure then lol..i will check if something's wrong with my ninjhax installation but i think its okay since everything else works fine.. i'il then try with a freshly formated microSD.. i keep on thinking i might have set something wrong while transfering the files from sunshell to the console's microSD but i dont see what!?..i mean, i've done exactly as the readme, and i perfectly see the homebrew in the launcher, but once i click it, black screen..

I thought about one thing.
Try to download one of my homebrews which uses Sound (like 3DS Briscola: http://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-briscola-briscola-card-game-for-3ds.376901/ ).
Enable sound from hb and tell me if it freezes/crashes.

Maybe the problem is the default call to CSND service which is absent on N3DS.

ok i'il try..but even when i launch snes emulators or others that are suppose to have sound, it doesnt crash..anyway i'il try right now with briscola card game..one sec..

EDIT- yup, briscola works without crash.. i dont understand why i cant launch sunshell.. i put the config file on the root of the microSD (without editing it..since, the path is already okay), then i add a Sunshell folder in /3ds/, in the folder i add all the folders from common files, then i add sun_index.lua in the same folder (the one with Sunshell.3dsx ... not sure what i'm missing..

MMhhh try to use this debug index (rename it as sun_index.lua): http://rinnegatamante.netsons.org/debug_index.lua

Probably you hadn't installed it properly. lpp-3ds crashes when can't open images/musics/videos.
i have not modified the config.sun and placed sunshell folder on the root with the common files inside
and sunindex.lua and config.sun on the root of sd

config.sun by default report this main_dir: "/3ds/Sunshell".

This is the correct installation if you don't edit config.sun (Obviously for CIA sun_index must be in SD root):

success!
thanks ! so i guess this index will be default one for ninjhax users on N3DS or does it remove something like scripts or module? oh and maybe its normal, but i dont see the calendar and time..do i have to activate it or something?

Seems something is wrong with them. I just deleted both them to fix your issue.
Can you please tell me your console settings for time? (Date and Time)

Where do i put the files and folders? I'm using the .cia and i've put config.sun and sun_index.lua in root of my SD card. I've put images, modules, scripts and sounds folder in SD:\Sunshell and homebrew folders there too, but i only get black screen when i open Sunshell.
EDIT: saw that i had to put Sunshell in the 3ds folder. I'm so stupid.
