Is there an homebrew app or cia where I can rename and delete images? Right now it's pain in ass to copy and paste images 1 at a time from computer to 3ds

Are you using the right region CIAs? Everything in the zip file in the first post is USA only. Use the custom CIA archive.

I can't get the SSB4 cia to work, it keeps throwing out an "error has occurred, power off the console" message.

What region is your 3DS? If it's EUR, use the EUR CIA linked here.

These are multiple CIAs (for each game one) and they'll need to build it one by one if you want to do it on EUR consoles. There are already some for EUR, it's posted in this thread.

For some reason, ftp cia and homebrew app doesn't work for me... When I want to connect with my pc or phone, it searches but doesn't find the server...

I personally enjoy the heck out of them. If it mixes too much with posts asking for support, though, we might have to do that.
