I am having trouble connecting to the e-shop on my N3DS 9.5.0-23E ReiNAND. I apparently have one NNID for SysNAND (which is 9.0.0-20E btw) which connects flawlessly, but in emuNAND I get error code 022-2634. Anyone knowing what is wrong?

EDIT: Also the Micro SD Management app is having trouble as well. I have downgraded my MSET in sysNAND, is this the root of my problems?

My NANDs are unlinked btw.

@RednaxelaNnamtra How goes the progress on the forthcoming update? Percentage wise I mean, I'm not asking for a release date.
at the moment it can read patch layouts and collections, and check the kernel version. Also it generates a menu wit the loaded patches.

But I still need to implement some patch types, like string patching and direkt patching of an address. Also I need to add collections to the menu, some settings, a way to save the current patch selection and some checks for the firmware and region.

after that I will check how long it will take to add a ram dumper, and maybe I will add it to this or the release after that.

every body who wants to test it can also compile the code an give some feedback or discuss about the issues on GitHub.

When you're talking about RAM dumping, do you mean something that would allow us to analyse/compare RAM dumps on the 3DS, which could then be applied to games as patches?

Because that would mean we'd essentially have game trainer running on the 3DS itself, and that would be a game changer, that'd be huge!

Edit: Obviously a realtime game trainer would be better, but that can't happen until we're able to hijack applets.

until I find a way to do something similar to ntr, or a way to replace the applets, it will only allow to dump the system modules ram. Because there is no way to run the fmp and the game.

Yupz i had the same problem.

You have sysnand and emunand unlinked
You have a NNID on sysnand and you created one on Emunand
When unlinked you can do this but 1 will get an error (mostly emunand) cause you can't link 2 different NNID's to 1 system (you also can't link 2 systems to 1 NNID)

You could try to relink sysnand with emunand, but i can't say if it would fix it, what i do know, recreating emunand from sysnand in GW menu does fix it, but you have to start from 0 again :/

Does this need to be applied every time the console boots? Or is it permanent?

I had all the patches applied, and it was working for a while (no update nag), but now I'm getting the update nag.

9.5.0U

need to be applied every time you restart your 3DS, like every cfw.

does this app need an update since there's 10.x.x now?
Nope. It prevents updates from being downloaded. Shouldn't be affected.
But for the spoof.
Give @RednaxelaNnamtra's coding skills a little credit!

It shouldn't need updating from what I understand of how the patching process works.

It's not a "tell the servers I'm on [specific firmware version]" type patch, it's a "tell the servers I'm already up to date" patch.

eg. the server asks "does this 3DS needs to be updated?" The patch ensures that the response to that question is always "No".

Oh that's nice.

the patch tells the 3ds that there is no newer firmware. But the patch itself is not written by me, I only wrote the gamecard regionfree patch.
