Use another system with CFW or hardmod. Those are your only options in getting CFW on 11.1.0-34.

There aren't any CIA installers for 11.1 and probably never will be any. I told you the two ways to downgrade: hardmod or DSiware downgrade. Google search how to get a hardmod or do the DSiware downgrade method with another system with CFW.

You need an arm9 exploit to install CIAs, which only exists on 9.2 and lower. It isn't dependant on FBI, it's dependant on the available exploits we have.
You can't just update FBI to make it work on 11.1 without having an arm9, or at least an arm11 kernel exploit.
You can only install legit cias without CFW, which is very limited in number.

So I have to downgrade? Because all there are for downgrading 11.1.0-34 with hardmod are all in a different language....and I don't want to brick my 3DS, I just trying to find a way to get free 3ds games with no flashcard...

Yes, you have to downgrade and no, there are NO CIA INSTALLERS for 11.1.0-34. You HAVE TO downgrade. :/ The two ways to downgrade have already been mentioned by me twice.

You could send your 3DS off to a hardmodder to get a hardmod. I wouldn't recommend getting a Sky3DS. You're better off with the hardmod tbh.

I agree with @KunoichiZ the money is better spent towards a hardmod instead of a sky3ds.

You could send your 3DS off to a hardmodder to get a hardmod. I wouldn't recommend getting a Sky3DS. You're better off with the hardmod tbh.

Yes to the CFW part, no to the HBL part. You will always need CFW for FBI, period. :/

You NEED CFW to install CIAs on 11.1. No one knows if and when there will be a way around that. Just get a hardmod, it's not that difficult. For what you're wanting to do, you NEED CFW and no, you can't use Big Blue Menu instead. Getting a hardmod and then downgrading is not rocket science.

Well how else do you want to connect the 3DS to the PC? You need more than just the fakeSD however. You need to have the wires soldered to the console.
