Well, I'm not sure how much use the files will be, and it's really just an imagemagick invert (nowhere near as clean as yours) but hey, why not. Here's what I've been using as the romfs contents on a custom build.

This is the *.cia version of FBI created in the likeness of @Shadowhand's dark stylized fork. This takes the main branch FBI (v2.6.0) and swaps the PNG images + edits the textcolor.cfg found in the romfs. On top of that, the HOME Menu 3D banner and splash logo were edited to match the overall theme. Title ID, Version, Product Code, Region, and Process name were likewise changed. This CIA was encrypted in GodMode9 and is ready to install on NAND.
No source code is provide as this wasn't compiled in devkitARM but through a combination of several homebrew programs such as HackingToolkit9DS, ctr-logobuilder, png2bclim, etc.
However, you can compare and verify that the .code matches between this and original FBI v2.6.0.
The hash value for (FBI v2.6.0) .code is:
I have no plans to continue this fork. My only interest in making this in the first place was to study how to create 3D banners. @Shadowhand, I hope the banner and logo finds good use in completing your future releases.

Don't mean to be demanding, but could it be possible to add a color editor on FBI itself? just a little menu on options where you can change the hexadecimal value for text and background/borders. Would that be too hard to implement? Perhaps if the backgrounds are images some sort of "tint" could be applied... just a thought.
