I've unblocked both the EFE and the EveryFileExplorer-master. EFE has the application while the master has the plugins. I don't know how to make it work ._.

I'm terribly sorry. I'm quite clueless. My purpose is to open a 3DS file and see its 3D models. I can't open the files. So, I don't know how to use the EFE (latest weekly build) and the EveryFileExplorer (Source) to open this file.

My guess is that I should combine those two because they're both different and they need each other. I have tried but with no success. Thank you for your time ><

A .3ds ROM? You need to decrypt that. If you mean a file within the game's romfs, then it should work for most known formats. Tell me what you're trying to open anyway.

Just do what I said. I use Git Shell to 'git clone http:address.com.git' and Visual Studio to build those. You'll have the binary pretty functional right there.
or you know, just download the latest build available on the first page on this thread, in the OP nonetheless.

I'm trying to open Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Git cloning is very foreign to me. I haven't heard about it. But, I'll follow your advice and figure out how to build those.

You shouldn't have to clone just to get the source. There should be a "Download Zip" button on the github.

I believe we need to "build" first before we do anything, but that's it so far. I don't know if I have to download software or everything is already provided. OP's instructions is not enough for me who can't fill in the blanks. More information would be really helpful.

As I said previously, you will have to decrypt the ROM. You will have to get the US XORPads for your game.

Only if your ROM is Eur. I'm assuming you're doing things outside legality, so you might as well get a .cia and braindump that.

Getting .xorpads seemed lengthy, and I don't want to download 3rd party firmware on my N3DS. Thank you for your help again.
