I just put a 17 sec webm through the script, it worked and put it up to 48mb. Should work with mp4s and such as well, but I dont suggest going over 15s or 5-6 sec each if you want both screens.MUCH better, gonna update the OP *again*

It uses ffmpeg to convert to the necessary format. Input can be a GIF as well as any format ffmpeg uses, like MP4. Just keep in mind that you can't just convert a 30 minute video to one of these animations XD
