does anyone know if this can be used to install patches? since you already own the game, you can run the game but will the patch be installed?

also i guess this only installs right now but doesn't let you play? cus i'd like to play pokemon quest if possible without updating to access the eshop...

on the 3ds, nintendo didn't ban in waves but it take take them awhile to ban people
