Homebrew [RELEASE] 3ds_nand_validator

Hi everyone !

First, sorry for my english i'm french ^^.

I would like to share you my tool for checking 3ds nands.

What the tool do :

- compare 2 dumps byte by byte
- check if the nands have a good size.
- Check NSCD at byte 256, 257, 258 and 259.

The tool work on linux, os x and windows.

These things are especially good with hardmods.
People who dump their NAND via software shouldn't need this (as nothing much can go wrong providing you got a quality SD card)
