Hacking [REINX] HOW TO CHANGE SINGLE GAME LANGUAGE

Im using Reinx latest version, can i change a specific game title language?? if yes how to?

I don't know how, but I do know that Atmosphere added that function on a recent update

I want to change the language of "The little acre" without restart the console. I have seen the language activator for M&S Olympic Games.
It's possible the same (in Atmosphere folder) for games without language selector?

Needed for Coma: Recut too.
Why Nintendo assumes that if I have the console set in Italian language, I must necessarily choose English as alternative?!
Or restart every time in spanish language, in my case.
