Hacking REIN/RAIN for Supercard Mini-SD?

I want to backup my original DS cart saves onto my Supercard Mini-SD and apparently the latest version of RAIN supports the SC-SD but you need a loader.bin file to go with it? Can't see a link to the loader.bin file on the site, so I was wondering where on earth I need to go to get it and how do I append it to the REIN/RAIN nds file? Anyone?
