Delete your theme extdata folder (000002cc for JPN, 000002cd for USA, 000002ce for EUR). I experienced it, too, while installing a custom theme while using a purchased theme.

None. Just remove the emuNAND partition from your SD (this will delete any existing emunands) and then format a new one while your system doesn't have any menuhax installed. If you really want to be sure, then don't even use anything other than the basic themes.
Once you've done that, you should be good. If it still doesn't boot then it's not a menuhax problem.

Dont Listen to him , thats completely wrong , dont trust a Newcomer, To manually remove a theme from a sd card, remove the theme exdata folder (Use 3dbrew to find out which one)
