Hacking Region Free Question

Is there any way to Install region free Forever so everytime i start the wii other country game like Japanese Brawl Comes up in Disc Channel without using anything like Gecko OS, Backup Loader

but My wii is 3.3U tho
Other thing is I got real version of japanese brawl, its not backup version of it

i really want region free on my wii
