Hello i have eu 3ds 11.6 b9trap and last version of luma can i play jap game with my eu 3ds ? Game downloaded in freeshop ?

As long you don't do anything crazy, Nintendo wouldn't really bother to ban you as long you don't save modify like in Pokemon, or use online feature of out of region games it should be fine.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
